We have an exclusive relationship with our seed hatchery in Damariscotta, Maine, and, as a result, are one of a handful of New England oyster growers who are completely vertically integrated from seed to market oysters.  We also produce much of the oyster seed for other growers on Cape Cod. Sourcing your food is part of overall food safety, and this is something we take very seriously. Our Director of Operations Dave Ryan is an industry leader in the development of harvest standards regarding food borne illness. We can stand behind our product and feel confident that they are quality, clean oysters safe for human consumption.
