Matt Ryan has been in involved in some part of the food production business for over 10 years. His first job at age 12 was being a moon snail hunter for Cape Cod Oyster. Over the years Matt has moved on to becoming a chef at Legal Seafoods to seafood sales and procurement. Matt has done it all. Two years ago, Matt decided to come home to Cape Cod Oyster and put his passion for aquaculture and oysters to it's best use.
Matt's other love is fishing on Cape Cape Cod. When not on the farm he can be found fishing both in fresh and salt water. There's not week that goes by that doesn't find him with a rod in his hand somewhere.
